Ruta Textiles at Station Gallery’s Oh Canada! Project

We’re proud to announce that two of our silk scarves from the My Canada collection have been selected for the Oh Canada! Project at Station Gallery in Whitby.

This national juried exhibition celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Canadian flag and invites artists to explore identity, symbolism, and patriotism through their work. All selected pieces incorporate or are inspired by the Canadian flag—whether in form, concept, or spirit.

At Ruta Textiles, our scarves are more than accessories—they’re stories told in silk. The featured designs reflect our founder’s journey of discovering Canada, blending quilt-inspired motifs with iconic symbols like the moose, maple syrup, Peggy’s Cove, and the Canada Goose.
